Stayed Apr 4, 2026We first arrived to the property with repair, caution tape and bags of trash in the front. We were not allowed to check in 15 minutes early. Smoke alarm beeping on entry. Could not work the thermostat, had to get a code. Freezer did not work, oven smoked, floors were coming up and sink drained slow in bedroom. They listed hair dryers, BBQ and fire pit as amenities. No blow dryers and we had to get our own propane for the BBQ and fire pit. Messaged host who did respond but really no help. Told us to unplug the smoke alarm, gave us the code to work the thermostat and to turn the temp down on the freezer. The freezer not working ruined all our food placed in it for Easter. As far as the amenities listed they said it was Vrbo fault for listing it wrong. Tell that to 3 crying kids with wet hair from the hot tub that was not getting hot, sorry Vrbo got it wrong ...no hair dryers. We left early.

Stayed Feb 7, 2026We had a wonderful family getaway over Super Bowl weekend! There were a couple of issues that came up but Luke responded right away and it did not detract from our trip at all. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of seating and TV's to watch the football game! The game room was wonderful for all the kids and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of fun! We definitely made some wonderful memories there and would love to come back again!
