Stayed Dec 31, 1969Before my family and I arrived, I had already contacted the host to ask about the grill. He kindly informed me that he would make sure the gas tank was full before we arrived. Once we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and that there were even toys for children in the back room along with everything that we needed. Multiple times our family said we would love to come back and stay longer next time. The host even came over and helped us with the fire pit. Loved every minute and it was a wonderful addition to my mother's 60th birthday celebration. Thank you for everything!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024This house was perfect for our family beach trip! My teens take turns cooking dinner and the kitchen had everything they needed. It was clean, comfortable, and close to all our favorite spots. The only disappointment was the 15-minute walk to the beach.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023The temp control of a/c display would shut down to “recharge the battery” so the whole a/c unit would shut down with it. We spent 2 nights and parts of both days in august without a key amenity that was advertised with property rental. I have sent multiple emails to the company that handles the rental of this property about my dissatisfaction. They few times they have responded, they have been doing what a company does when they don’t want to to take responsibility. Honestly, I think this issue with a/c has been happening before us, but they were trying to get through the summer before repairs of a/c. I am not one of those ppl that write reviews, but I want to warn future renters about this. Ppl like me that spend their hard earned money for this vacation house that does not have a/c or heat. If u want to be comfortable on vacation, this is not the house.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023This property was very nice and very clean!! Fully stocked with everything you would need! The property manager, Bryan, was phenomenal! Communication was amazing, not to mention he was very helpful! Our family enjoyed the stay and will definitely stay here again when we visit Oak Island!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was really clean and spacious inside and tastefully decorated. The screened in porch was nice and the neighborhood was quiet and just a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. If I had any questions communication was easy and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
