Oak Island Escape w/ Saltwater Pool, Walk to Beach

We had a wonderful time. We are 8 retired elementary teachers from the same WV school. We have been friends for over 30 years. Every year since we retired 13 years ago we have spent a week on Oak Island and this is definitely our favorite house. We have used this wonderful place the last two years and have already reserved for next year. The pool is great and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It is super clean and the beach toys and chairs are very nice and there is a variety of heights so those who need a little higher beach chair have plenty to choose from. The elevator is wonderful for those of us who don’t do the stairs as we once did. If you are looking for a spacious well maintained place to stay this is it.

Great house with great views. House was clean, modern, and comfortable. Convenient to have linens, towels, dogs soap, laundry soap, and other small items to get started. Lots of space for two families with children. Attentive and responsive owner.

Property was clean and in great condition and had plenty of beach and pool items. It was especially helpful they had a beach wagon too. We loved the easy walk to the beach and love Oak Island. We would definitely consider staying at this property again with our family.

The house was clean and comfortable for our 2 week, family of 10 vacation. The pool was cleaned weekly. Itwas very refreshing. Bryan took care of the small issues as best he could. We had a wonderful vacation!

This property is incredible! Every thing you can think of is taken care of and if you need anything the property managers are always available! The pool is perfect and anything you could need for beach or pool is in the storage closet. The elevator is a life saver and made the vacation infinitely more enjoyable and easy! Comfort across the board and so close to everything Oak Island had to offer! We were so comfortable in fact, our entire party forgot what day we had to check out! The property managers were so helpful as we scrambled (think home alone 2) and tried to help as much as they could but other lucky people were booked so we had to go. We were sad to rush to leave but hopefully we can rush back soon! Will definitely return! Thank you Bryan for all your help!

The location was great with a one block walk to the beach. The pool was an awesome respite when the beach was busy.

This vacation home was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect fit for our large family. Just a short, easy walk to the beach made everything so convenient. The pool was a great size, and we especially enjoyed the built-in seating.The house was spotless and very well-maintained. Bryan, the property manager, was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. We’d love to rent this house again!

Great place for us and our two married daughters(6 folks) Spacious and clean. 1 minute walk to beach/Publix/bar and grills. Pool great and lots of beach accessories.

We had a wonderful time on our long weekend getaway to Oak Island and this home was perfect for us! We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging age from 9 months to 3 years and the house was set up great for our young families. There were baby gates and a pack n play, and the location was great being a block from the beach. The kids loved the pool, and there was plenty of space to hang out and watch while they swam. We also were able to get an early check in and late check out which was super helpful with the kids. We would love to stay here again, 10/10 stay!

The kids loved being so close to the beach and also having a pool. The layout of the house and bathrooms was perfect for two families! House was well-stocked for cooking and playing. What a fantastic vacation!!

Perfect location, clean, plenty of room for a large group of adults and littles. Baby gate made all the difference to keep little ones safe upstairs. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Nothing like a tropical storm during vacation week, but great place to gather for cooking, playing games, visiting & watching the Olympics. When the weather cleared, the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Also, the manager, Brian, was available for whatever we needed.

They property, was clean, great location. Loved that we could still hear the ocean and see it. Also loved having the private pool and the elevator for transferring luggage

We had an amazing stay at the VRBO on Oak Island! The property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, making it a perfect retreat for our vacation. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and serene walks. Thanks for a lovely family vacation.

This house was fantastic! Ocean views, beautiful neighborhood, easy walk to the beach and all the amenities. Clean house, clean pool and our group of 10 was comfortable and had an awesome vacation. One couple had to stick 2 twin beds together, but it was no big deal. Host was awesome and great communication. One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had.

We travel often with another family and this was by far the best property we've selected. Its a clean and open floor plan. And fit the needs of 4 adults and 5 children. Location was close to some shops as well as easy access to the beach. I would recommend and stay again.
