Host was hostile and started cussing me out through messages because of “no communication” when I never received a message from him before. Didn’t want to deal with him so I asked for a refund and host didn’t want to give it back.

House was fine for our overnight stay. The AC unit only cooled the living/dining area. Two fans in each bedroom. With the current heat wave fans really didn’t do much. Parking was easy. Would recommend.

This cute little house was clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised.

The description of the property is accurate. My only dislike was the owner needed access to his garage multiple times while I was there. He even woke my wife and I up at 1:30am making noise in his garage the first night we were there. The kitchen window doesn’t have blinds or a curtain so anyone on the other side could look into the kitchen and living room, and with the detached garage being on the other side of the kitchen window, we never felt like we complete privacy. Also the AC unit doesnt cool the master bedroom so if you come in summer it will take a while for the house to cool down.

Beautiful property kept in wonderful shape, just as pictured. The place was very clean and very comfortable, with great amenities. My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay. Additionally the host was very communicative and responsive. Smooth check in and check out processes. Very nice man. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay in our booked rental. I am only speaking regarding my experience with the host and the day arriving to check in. According to vrbo a guest would get access code info 3 days prior. I didn’t. Instead the day before my host told me he would give me the code day of check in at 12pm. Cool came back from Mexico and come to see no code instead the host saying I’m not a good communicator and to message him when I am 30 mins away. I requested code at around 4pm. I called too. He didn’t answer. Called customer service. They called him and he didn’t answer them either. At around 5:45 I got the code. Check in was 3:30. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable staying here waiting in my car for him to reply.

Our stay at Corner Stone was exceptional. The apartment was super clean, well-equipped, and pleasantly quiet, making it a peaceful retreat. We felt completely safe throughout our time there, thanks to the secure environment. The host was incredibly gracious, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing and worry-free experience!
