180 Degree Ocean View Home! Nye Beach area and just two blocks walk to the beach! Easy walking distance , 1/2 mile, to the Nye Beach shopping/restaurant district. This single level home is our vacation home and not just a rental thus you will find it very well appointed, clean and continually updated. We visit the home ourselves once every month! Sorry, no pets.>
NOTE: Neighbor is a fire official and monitors compliance tightly (which is great). Newport Uniform Fire Code limits the total number of occupants at any one time for this size of home. Strict compliance is required. Fire official will require immediate vacation of premises for non compliance (safety requirements). Having this official as our neighbor also ensures a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

OK, back to the good stuff! This home is located in the beachfront portion of a very quiet neighborhood with 180 degrees of unobstructed views. The home is considered to be an 'ocean front' home as opposed to just an 'ocean view' home due to its proximity to and quality views of the ocean and beaches. Many so called 'ocean view' homes are located too far East in their neighborhoods to truly see, hear or smell the individual ocean waves or are several miles North or South of the famous Nye Beach district where walking to shopping and superb restaurants are impractical. In this home you can literally see and hear the individual waves breaking and smell the salty fresh ocean air. Regardless of the weather the spectacular views and calming sounds of the breaking surf will keep you mesmerized and relaxed.

Beach access: Walk south, two blocks on the street below our house, and beach trail head starts at the 1310 Spring Street mailbox. See beach trail photos showing exact location and trail quality. Drive-up beach access is located at Nye Beach and Agate Beach less than .5 miles from the home.

Nye Beach and the Nye Beach shopping and restaurant district is just a 12 minute walk. Agate Beach is just a 2 minute drive North of the house.

Extremely quiet road leading to house and to the beach helps ensure you and kids are safe from traffic and noise. You literally might have just one car per day drive past this house as local traffic exits the neighborhood to either the left or right of our house. Kitchen appliances updated in 2025 with top-of-the-line Samsung refrigerator, range, hood and dishwasher. Range is an induction cooktop. Oven has air fry option.

Captain's bedroom and dining room open up to a spectacular, brand new, 8 x 30 stainless steel infinity glass (no rail in sight line) ocean/beach view deck. On deck are 4 Adirondack chairs and stainless steel grill for an amazing grilling experience.

In the Captain's bedroom is a Serta Perfect Sleeper cushion top mattress. In the two other bedrooms there is new furniture and a queen size and full size mattress.

June 1st to August 31st a 4 or 5 night minimum is required. Depending on dates.During the month of September a 3 night minimum is required.

Christmas, Thanksgiving and Spring break a 3 night minimum is required.

October 1st to May 31st a 2 or 3 night minimum is required depending on dates.

Pets are not allowed.
Please be friendly, courteous, and treat neighbors like you would want to be treated. Please abide by the maximum occupancy limit.
Please drive slow. Many local residents are older and/or walk pets.
Please be considerate of the neighbors with regards to noise levels.
Please pick up after yourself and keep the property free of debris.
Please place trash and recycling in the respective containers.
Please park where designated. On street parking and in landscaped areas not allowed.
Guests are expected to follow these Good Neighbor Guidelines. Failure to do so can result in loss of rental days.
