Nye Beach Location. Walk to the Beach!

The property was clean and the site was beautiful. We absolutely loved the place. The only missing feature is AC. We were on the hottest day in the day so we had open all the windows and the room was still over 80 degrees.

Views are spectacular, home was clean and comfortable and my grandson loved the loft! Kitchen had everything you need and short drive to bay and Oregon Aquarium.

Beautiful views! The perfect size for our group! The heating system was broken but the owner brought in heaters so it was fine. We did have some issues with fuses getting tripped because of all the space heaters. I would highly recommend this house!

We loved this location and the ocean views were awesome! The house was very accommodating for our small family. Hosts communication was great! We would love to return someday.

Beach view was beautiful. Kitchen arrangement perfect. House very clean. Could use some hand bars in shower. I just about fell twice. So had to just take sponge baths. Other than that everything was very nice.

The view was amazing! The home was cozy. We were able to easily walk to the beach. The nearby restaurants had great food! Wish we could have stayed longer. Great time and wonderful memories

We loved the house and the location. View was amazing, enjoyed the sunsets on the deck. Walks on the beach so lovely! House well appointed, kitchen well stocked. Comfortable living area to watch movies in the evening. We tried some great restaurants (Local Ocean). One hr drive to Sand dunes, lots of fun renting ATV. Hikes at cape perpetua. Kids surfed south beach and agate each a few min drive to house (rentals at South Beach Surf shop), we did a fishing charter and caught king salmon, cooked it for dinner and watched the sunset. Grocery stores and all you need are close by.

The house is beautiful! Nicely remodeled, fantastic view, close to town and not a bad walk to the beach. Space was everything we'd hoped for. It would be nice if there had been bar soap or body wash, but a quick trip to the store took care of that need. Also, some doors could use WD-40 :) Kids declared it the best vacation ever!

The property was exactly as described, and even better than we anticipated.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our daughter's graduation from OSU. The 180-degree ocean views from the deck and living room picture windows were absolutely amazing. It's a short walk down to the beach, and a short drive to many restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way. House had nice bedrooms and an awesome great room. Lots of amenities.Located close to shopping districts, main roads, food store etc. but off the main drag so quiet. Will hope to book again when we come west again.

We had a great time in Nye Beach. The house is well located a short walk to a beautiful beach. The views of the ocean and lighthouse were especially appreciated. comfortable beds and quality linens. Well equipped kitchen, with nice appliances, although we did not cook because there’s so many fun and delicious restaurants within a five minute drive.

This is our second time staying at this rental, both times were absolutely wonderful. We had a minor issue with the quality of vacuuming performed by the cleaning team, but the hosts were very quick to respond and provide a couple of different options to remedy it. The location is perfect, it is a safe and quiet neighborhood and just minutes from everything. We will absolutely stay here in the future!

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing visit to Newport. This home is so beautiful and the ocean view is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed relaxing and it was absolutely perfect. We felt completely comfy and at home.

This house has the perfect location to the beach, downtown area, and aquarium. The views of the Pacific are breathtaking and did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful and comfortable home! The location is excellent, and we enjoyed long walks on the beach. But we were quite content just relaxing and enjoying the view from the house and deck as well. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience! Fabulous view, and we even saw whales! The weather co-operated and we had rainbows at different times. Everything we needed for meals was right there. Easy to find and serve. Convenient location and very close to everything! We would definitely return. Thank you!

As promised, the first word out of our 2 year old’s mouth was, “Wow!” The house was exactly as described. It would be even better if the path to the beach was smoother, but the reviews had already warned us about that so we weren’t surprised.

The house was great - clean, well stocked, great view, new appliances, comfortable beds, great location.

This place is great! The photos accurately describe the property. It is well stocked with everything you need for a week away. The trail down the beach was steep, but doable for healthy adults and kids. There’s more level beach access a five min drive north or south. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet. Blackberries lined all the trails and roads. I hope to be back one day and would happily stay here again.

This 3 BR/2BA (+kid loft) house is just as pictured. Very clean, well-furnished and decorated. The beach access path is a short walk and is better than I expected with mulch and gravel. Exceptional views from the large picture windows and deck. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything. Recommend putting a shelf in the MBA shower.

The views from this property were absolutely breathtaking and the beach home exceeded our expectations. Communicating with the property owners was very easy and they were tremendous about answerinf any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and look forward to going back!

The Beach House was as advertised We were impressed with how well the home was furnished and provisioned. It had everything we needed. The views were spectacular and we could walk to Nye Beach. Our stay was most enjoyable.

I am terrible about planning ahead of time and decided I wanted to go to the beach with my family of 4 and one of my kiddo's friends for the 4th about a week beforehand. I love the idea of having a house on the beach, but that is so hard to find so we usually have to stay at the not-so-appealing hotels along the beach. I decided to try searching for a house rental and came across this listing. I thought I would take a chance and hoped the description of the view was true....and it was! We walked in and were entranced with the beauty of the large windows and the gorgeous ocean! I loved the lighthouse off in the distance, too. This place just felt so comfortable and I spent many hours between the deck chairs and the indoor chairs facing the large windows towards the ocean in meditation mode or reading. It was splendid and so very relaxing. We spent the actual 4th just a short drive away at Yaquina Bay. I loved the little touches, like the otters in the shower tiles and the porthole window in the master bath. It was very cool, and I will definitely stay there again!

THE MOST AMAZING VIEW!!!

We loved our stay! The view was amazing and the short walk down to the beach was perfect for our younger kids. They loved the loft and there was plenty of space for us. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, they even had a blender and we made smoothies. Quiet street and easy to get anywhere along the coast. Great tidepools at the beach that was walking distance too!
