    We enjoyed our stay in this home for a weekend visit with our UofA student. Property was easy to access and as described/photographed. We had one issue with the outdoor grill which Hector immediately took care of (replenished propane tank). One thing to consider as this property is located near the heliport for Washington Regional Hospital - ear plugs or a noise cancelling machine. Our first night was quiet, but the second night - the medical helicopter had a 2-3 take-offs/landings which woke us up. We would definitely stay here again - with the aforementioned ear plugs/sound machine.

    This was an awesome place for my friends and I to stay for our annual weekend back in Fayetteville. The only thing that could've have made it better was a Hog Win.
