Walk all over the west side and to downtown from the NW Ogden pet-free air-conditioned vacation rental located in the heart of the west side of Bend, Oregon. Approximately 2,300 sq. ft., four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a vacation home which sleeps 8 comfortably.

Entering on the lower level of the home, guest room #1 is on the right and furnished with accommodations for two with oversized twin trundles (two larger/longer twin beds), a 32 flat screen LCD TV with a DVD player, small refrigerator, sink, microwave.  The guest full bathroom has a jetted tub, dual sinks, and a glass encased shower which is located down the hall.

The queen guest suite and the king guest suite are also located on the lower level.  Washer and dryer in lower level in home in large mud room. Get cozy in front of the fire place in the comfortable living room with plenty of seating on the sofa, easy chair and formal seated dining for 8 and an upright piano for creating musical memories during stay!

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for two, granite tiled counter tops with a prep sink, additional kitchen table seating for four, a wine cooler refrigerator, a five burner gas range, oven and stainless steel appliances. The sitting room has a large flat screen LCD and comfortable seating for two with a gas stove heater.

The large main king suite is located on the main level of the vacation home with a full on suite bathroom with a jetted tub, dual sinks, and glass encased shower.

Outdoor dining for six with a barbeque gas grill on the back patio among a peaceful setting with mature landscaping and tall trees provide a peaceful atmosphere for great conversations.

Two car garage with an EV Charger and extra parking available on long driveway and an EV Charger inside garage.

Located just steps from organic and foodie local market, Newport Market and down the street, sip coffee at Back Porch Coffee Shop in the mid-morning and take in the vibe of the west side of Bend, Oregon.  Walk a block or two to several breakfast cafes such as Chow and Victorian Cafe, and fine dining restaurants such as Adriana's, or eat with the locals at Parilla Grill, with several other eateries. Renting a bike is easy, tune and wax your skis or find plenty of outdoor accessories at Sunnyside Sports. Take a short stroll to downtown Bend, Oregon to attend Art Hop, festivals and the night life. Hayden Homes Amphitheater is an easy bike ride or quick ride as well.

    Great house! Great location! Easy to walk to near by restaurants which we enjoyed a lot. Great patio! Relaxed in the sun. Perfect for families or a group of friends. Kitchen was super spacious. Book it! You will be happy you did.

    Our extended family loved their stay at this home on the westside near Newport Market. Loads of restaurants nearby. Easy access to Century Drive and the mountains. Excellent communication from management.

    We stayed here for 6 nights for a Thanksgiving visit. This is a comfortable, well appointed house in a great location. It is easy to walk down to the river or to a few places to eat. It was perfect for our stay. We will look to stay here again when we next visit Bend.

    We really liked this house. It was extremely clean, and very well located. You could literally walk to the grocery store, and many restaurants are within a couple of minutes. The rest of Bend seems to be within 5-6 minutes. Would stay here again.

    The house is in great location. Walk to the market just down the street. Walk to many many eateries. It is a very interesting house as the Kitchen, living room and master are all upstairs and the other rooms are downstairs. But overall I would stay there again for location.
