Stayed Mar 23, 2022I have a three-piece Country Rock band that travels frequently for road/tour dates. Finding affordable accommodations with safe parking for the tour van and clean rooms with amenities is always a hurdle to climb. Nuthin' Fancy was certainly something fancy by our standards. Clean environment with two full bathrooms and three bedrooms doesn't get much better for the price when you are trying to manage tour expenses. Full kitchen and big screen entertainment center. Couldn't ask for a better situation for having a place to base out of for all of our Arizona show dates.

Stayed May 13, 20251. There were small ants on the kitchen counter.2. Someone left dirty clothes in the chester drawers.3. The living room furniture and the bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.4. The back yard had weeds and the outside patio furniture needs to be replaced

Stayed Dec 21, 2024It wasn't fancy as the description indicated but it was very clean and cozy. Beautiful scenic views, very quiet, and a great spot to get away from it all. The host was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed it and hope to stay again soon!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024My hubby and I came to Payson to fish and kayak at Willow Springs Lake and ended up buying a little cabin so we would have a home away from home! Randy's place had everything we needed and is gently worn and homey! We brought one dog and it was nice because the property was fenced completely. God bless you Randy and we've already recommended your sweet home to others!!
