    Good points: The inside of the property has obviously been renovated recently. It was clean inside. Low points: No book with information for the property, ie. WiFi password, directions how to work TVs, check out instructions, etc. Neighborhood has boarded up houses, some buildings abandoned with broken windows. Listing said “NuLu”, being from out of town, we had no idea what that meant. The neighborhood may be in transition? It has a long way to go. The yard could be nice, however had large weeds and appeared unkept. The security system was problematic. The TVs were non-functional and kept saying no network available. We discovered this later in the evening the day we arrived, and chose not to disturb anyone. It appeared many things were not installed properly or rushed. The living room doesn’t have much space to hang out. If someone is a light sleeper? This is not the place. Helicopter and airplane noise all night. Bottom line? This could be a great place with a little more attention, and in a different location. We booked 2 nights and chose to leave after 1 night.

    We really enjoyed the property, the location was great and near some good bars and restaurants. The amenities were really nice including the soaps and hot tub. The space was clean and well appointed, and the beds were very comfy!

    Decent location, Was not completely cleaned upon arrival. Property Manager did offer to send cleaner. Hot tub never worked. Owner did not send technician to fix it, during our stay.

    Well updated home. Perfect for our trip to KICC. Street was quiet and felt safe. Would stay here again.
