NOW HEATED POOL! PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS~2 POOLS~PICKLEBALL~WHEELCHAIR ACCESS~WIFI

We had a great stay at Pink Flamingo. Derrick is very responsive to communication. The heated pool is lovely. The house is not fancy but was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable, too. Tip: be careful walking your dogs. The burrs are hard to see. We found it best to walk them via boardwalk to the main road. There’s a grassy area near the pool with bags available to clean up.

Absolutely loved this place!! Will be going back! Communication with the owner was great! Everything was smooth and simple!

Loved how close to the pool!

All of our group, ages 5-86, really enjoyed staying at the Pink Flamingo. 2 furbabies also enjoyed their vacation. The pool being next door was great, and we enjoyed being close to the beach, although we knew before we booked that there was no view of the Gulf from the house. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, but brought a shrimp boil pot, since there are only smaller soup pots in the cabinet. Derrik, the homeowner, was great, and checked in by text msg to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay at the Pink Flamingo again.

The ramp into the home made it accessible for my 89 year old mother who often uses a walker. The first floor bathroom had a roll in shower if needed. Also the recently remodeled swimming pool is right by the house. There is a wooden boardwalk to the pool. The pool is handicap accessible and beautiful!!

Clear communication with Derrik from the beginning. Was responsive with questions. Check in was easy and directions clear. Derrik checked on us to make sure everything was as expected. Easy walk to the beach. We did have a disabled member in our party so the accessibility was great. He was able to drive the short distance to park and access the beach. Both pools were open, but my group enjoyed the convenience of the pool right at the property. We did have our 2 small dogs and the house, area, and beach was extremely pet friendly. Check out was easy and did not include long list of tasks. I did let Derrik know that we might be slightly past check out as we had to take a car for a tire repair. Very understanding.

This house is right next to the pool and is just a short walk to the beach. We loved our trip and Derrik made sure everything was perfect!

We had a great time. Derrick was easy to get in touch with if we had a question. The pools were awesome, especially the one that has wheelchair access. The house was wheel chair accessible also. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed a great stay. Kids loved they could walk next door to the pool, and we were also a short walk to the beach. House is very ADA accessible. Worked out great for grandma! Host is very responsive and made check in and out a breeze!

It was a very enjoyable few days at the beach with family. The walk to the beach was close and easy access to. The house provided a nice and relaxing atmosphere for us, my granddaughters loved the “pink flamingo” house.

The beach house was the right size for us and we loved it being right next to the pool a big plus and the beach was just a short walk. Everything worked as it should have we would gladly stay there again.

We had a great time on our trip. The house is very comfortable for a family and it’s a quick walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the upper balcony at night. The owner is so easy to work with and very responsive!

Stayed for a few days and was a great experience… great location, and just a short walk to the beach.. quiet neighborhood …and since the ocean had major riptides, the pool was perfect for our family . Will definitely be back. Derrick was quick to reply to text and made the check in very smooth! Thanks for sharing your place with our family!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo. Nice property, short walk to the beach. Our 4th trip to Fort Morgan but first time in Morgantown. First week was colder than usual but the 2nd was beautiful.

The property was as listed. The area is safe and quiet, which is what we were looking for in our weekend. The assistance ramp to the main floor was an emmense help for us. My husband had recent surgery and it helped him, but it also helped me by making loading and unloading much easier than the stairs. The beach entrances, private and public, are nearby. The pool is right next to the home as well. It is a great walking neighborhood. We really enjoyed sitting on the main deck patio in the morning and evenings! Derrik was very communicative. We enjoyed the house, the neighborhood, the beach, and the much needed peaceful stay!

We had a great time! The house is perfectly located right next to one of the pools and just short stroll to the beach. The decks are great for having morning coffee in the breeze. Host responds immediately with any questions. We will definitely be back!

It is a pet friendly house however owners doesn't want dog on furniture or bed. The dog I had is my child’s anxiety dog so she goes everywhere she goes so sleeping with her is a big deal. We took our own bedding and I made sure that the dog didn’t jump On furniture. The place needs some major updating found a human tooth in drawer. It won’t sleep 12 maybe 9. We only had 4. This was a last minute trip and dog had to go to emergency vet bc of salt water poisoning never knew was a thing. So my stay was stressful with that. The place needed weed upkeep if you wanted to use the ramp. The owners was helpful and responded when ask a question.

Great Property Location, and our Host (Derrick) was very attentive upon our arrival and departure. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Finally a place everyone in the family enjoyed! Everything matched the description online, the beach really is a close walking distance and the pool is close by. It’s a really nice chill neighborhood.The owner was quick to respond to my text if I had any questions.

We have stayed at the Flamingo a dozen or more times over years and each time has been great. Derek is an awesome owner! Always accommodating and quick to reply. He will check up on us several times during our stay to see if we need anything. During our stay in June he contacted us to inform us about rip tides and sharks. I highly recommend Flamingo for young families and older adults. The handicap ramp sure makes it easier carrying luggage and groceries upon arrival and departure. Our teenage grandchildren love how close the beach is and having a pool so close is an added benefit. Can’t wait until next year.

Our family enjoyed staying at the Flamingo. The location to the pool, ramp that we used to help take stuff up and down, layout and communication were all great! Derrik the owner was very helpful throughout our stay.
