Stayed Apr 25, 2024The photos do not do the home justice and we loved how close the grocery store was to the home. Walking in the home it is very spacious/open living room next to the kitchen. There was plenty of room for my in-laws, my immediate family, and our two babies. I’m big on comfortable beds and I thought beds were definitely comfy in the home. Back yard was also very spacious I really enjoyed the fact that we were able to control the temperature of the spa ourselves instead of having to contact property manager every time. Speaking of property management, Kelli was honestly Amazing and had no problem responding to any of our requests. The only thing I mentioned is the fact that we were not able to control thermostats in home which did get pretty warm in the mornings and through the night. We did request the owner to turn down the temperature and they did in the evening but it kinda sucked not being able to sleep and having to open windows at night. Hopefully that changes but we would definitely stay at this home again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This is the very first time I have rented a home where the actual home is even better than the pictures present. The house was the cleanest home I have ever rented, the amenities were way beyond our expectations and our host was incredible every single step of the way (before and after our stay)! I have rented several homes in Havasu for family vacations and this one is the best by far. This is our first choice home if it's available when we go back to Havasu.
