Stayed Feb 18, 2023We truly enjoyed our stay at Merritt Island. The house was large and accommodated our group well. The kitchen was stocked well and the pool, dock, firepit area were great. Our only complaint were the beds werent the greatest, some very hard and some very soft. Keith, the property manager, was great to work with and we appreciate his attention to us. Overall, a great spot for vacation.

Stayed Jul 5, 2022My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice and the view is lovely. We brought our own boat and were able to use the boat lift, which was great. The manager seems to be nearby and is helpful and responsive.
