The Space:

The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings with skylights, mid-century modern furnishings, a smart TV for streaming, and a wood stove for cooler evenings. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast bar plus dining table.



Bedroom 1 has a king bed, smart TV, desk workspace, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The sitting room includes a full-size futon. A half bathroom and a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo serve the rest of the home.



WiFi and streaming are available throughout. Washer and dryer in-unit. Garage parking for 2 cars plus driveway space for 2 more.



The fenced backyard offers patio seating, a private hot tub, and a firepit for evening gatherings. Dogs can roam freely in the grass. Winter guests will love quick access to Mount Bachelor and Wanoga Sno-Park for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Summer brings golf at Widgi Creek and hiking throughout the Cascades.

Guest Access:

Self check-in details provided before arrival. Parking for 4 vehicles total: 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking available first-come, first-served if needed. Please do not block neighbor driveways. AWD or 4WD required during winter months.



The Neighborhood:

You're 10 minutes from downtown Bend and the Old Mill District along the Deschutes River, where you'll find Deschutes Brewery, shops, restaurants, and riverside trails. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is 15 minutes away and is the largest ski area in Oregon. Wanoga Sno-Park sits 30 minutes out with miles of snowshoe and cross-country ski trails. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 20 minutes from the home. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with hiking trails and panoramic views, is a short drive into town. The High Desert Museum and Newberry National Volcanic Monument, including Lava River Cave, are south of Bend.



Getting Around:

Bend is accessed via Highway 97. The home is in northwest Bend, about 10 minutes to downtown and the Old Mill District, 15 minutes to Mount Bachelor, 20 minutes to Widgi Creek Golf Course, and 30 minutes to Wanoga Sno-Park. Redmond Municipal Airport is approximately 20 miles north.

• Maximum 2 dogs, 60 lbs or less

• Pets are not allowed on furniture and cannot be left alone in the home
