Peaceful location surrounded by forest, very relaxing.
We enjoyed our stay here. We loved spending time outside on the deck surrounded by the trees and watching the deer - very peaceful and secluded. A great spot close to the park.
Nice: King bed, very comfortable Master bath updated, good shower Book collection & native art Plenty of parking space Quiet neighborhood Not pleasing: No views of water or mountains Unappealing deck with uncomfortable outside furniture Remote from town Request that we not wear shoes in the house. Cost was unwarranted, compared with the prior 3 nights in updated, lovely, view abundant, lakeside (40% less expensive) VRBO near Gig Harbor.
Great location, Great feel. Great space. Wonderful time.
The house was clean, pleasant and accommodated the group perfectly. The location worked out very well for us.
The beds were comfortable and we loved the outdoor area.
Beautiful setting and decor.
Secluded but very close to entrance to Olympic National Park. Ten minutes gets you down to the waterfront. House is fully stocked and very clean. Quiet and lovely. The owners' collection of Northwest tribal art adds a special touch. Will reserve again!
Wonderful place--the hosts provided everything you need for a great vacation. Thoughtful bottles of shampoo for those flying in, coffee, filters...and for everything else, Safeway is just a five minute drive. Beautiful quiet deep woods surrounding, and perfectly located for access to all the Olympic peninsula activities. Check out the lovely Kokopelli Grill, hard pass on the disappointing and understaffed Salty Girls. Great birthday-vacation week, we'd come back anytime!
The house had everything we needed. It was beautiful and spacious and on a quiet, wooded lot only minutes from town and the park entrance.
This place is amazing! It was clean and neat. The property is absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed the board games available. The master bathroom is gorgeous, the bed are comfortable. Fabulous property - we can't wait to come back.
Great location and great house. Our state was hampered by a setback thermostat that would not allow us to change the temperature to less than 75°. This allows the air inside the house to be very humid and uncomfortable. This limitation plague destroying our entire stay. Also, the dishwasher did not work.
Great experience
I asked for early check in at 3 instead of 4, but no go, even tho it was obvious that no one was there and the house was ready. When we did get in, there was no power in the house! Meaning no hot water, no internet etc! Finally got in touch with someone who said they would put in a call to the power company! Power came on shortly after that, luckily. Kitchen stove top had not been cleaned. Counters grubby and gritty. Other rooms fine. Overall, house very nicely appointed, but bad beginning.
Just outside of town it's in an amazing location as a jumping off spot to explore the park. Port Angeles is a great town and everyone we met was very nice and helpful
