    Beautiful town house! Very clean and updated. Great views of the bay. Perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the water. The neighbors were very friendly. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrive the condo was just as like the pictures. It was clean & all amenities you’d want. The instructions on the wall said the golf cart was outside to the right but it was not. When I text management, they said it was probably in garage B. So, sure enough when we opened the garage, it was being charged. I believe that if that were in instructions on wall, it would be helpful. We loved being right on the bay. It was beautiful at night. Loved sitting on the outside lanai outside the master bedroom.

    When I rented the place, one of the main reasons for choosing the property was the golf cart. I was told the day I was to check in, that the golf cart was not available due to needing repairs. I was also told that we would be reimbursed after the trip for no golf cart. I came home on the 17th, and still no money has been added back to my account. I can’t find an email about this issue either.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is located in a quiet area which was perfect for us. The view on the bay is serene and the sunsets were fantastic. As usual, Gibson was responsive to our issues. Gibson is the best. I would recommend some spices be left at the rental as there wasn’t even any salt or pepper. Also, bring toilet tissue as one roll per bathroom won’t make it a week. One other suggestion is the owners add a window covering on the dining area west facing window. The sun is blinding before sunset if you’re at the dining table. We consider this rental to be one of our favorites in Sandestin Resort. It definitely deserves a five star rating!

    This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the bay view, the golf cart, beach chairs, and beach toys. We spent several nights playing family games at the kitchen table while enjoying the incredible view. The location was perfect, 5 min golf cart ride to The Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf. The location was quiet and relaxing. I do think they could have supplied some spices for cooking, extra trash bags, and extra dishwasher tabs. However, when reaching out via email for more trash bags, they responded quickly and brought some over later that day. It also wasn't very clear what pools we had access to, but once I reached out via email they responded quickly. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd highly recommend this property to friends and family.
