The property is close to all Anglesea has to offer, walks in the surrounding hinterland, local fauna and wildlife are in abundance, cliff walks are nearby and of course the famous Anglesea Golf Course with its huge population of world famous kangaroos. A quick 5 minute drive and you are at the Anglesea Main Beach and Point Roadknight Beach, both of these beaches are patrolled in the summer months.On the river front there are summer markets, playgrounds and a skate park.
