Fantastic accommodation.

This home had so many ways for us to have fun and relax! Loved the big new patio. Grilled out, used the amazing hot tub, loved the fire pit, saw shooting stars, watched the sunrise, strolled along the woodsy border and the beach, and kayaked. We loved the shallow water behind the house. Deep enough to kayak, but shallow enough to walk really far out from the shore. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This place is fantastic! We had everything we needed and the owner always responded when she was contacted. We would definitely stay again given the chance. Thank you!!

This property is a true gem! It is so private with your own beach area to explore. The kids loved having the kayaks on site. We enjoyed the beautiful hot tub after a day of exploring. The house has plenty of room so everyone had their own space. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed games at the poker table and coffee on the patio. Check-in was so easy. Beds were comfortable too! Clean, spacious and beautiful. We hated to leave.

Absolutely lovely stay! The house was perfect for our family vacation, spacious, clean and the location was close to Cheboygan. The kids loved the beach and the adults spent a lot of time on the patio and hot tub. There are multiple sets of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with toddlers. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, beach getaway.

Property was quiet and relaxing!

We loved our stay here! Plenty of space for our family to spread out. The hot tub was great, especially while stargazing! Perfect central location for day trips to U.P. or other northern lower destinations.

Without hesitation I would recommend this place to stay if you're ever visiting in the Mackinaw/Cheboygan area. The house sits at the end of a long and private driveway with no neighbors in sight from anywhere around the house. The backyard is huge with a beautiful view over Lake Huron and has its own private beach. Watching the sunrise was a favorite for my kids to do. Driving 15 minutes one way will take you to a wonderful beach with more clean water. 15 minutes the other direction and you're in Mackinaw City. The home itself is amazing with plenty of fantastic views. I had read the previous visitors post and I'm happy to say I didn't have any of the same issues. If there was one thing, I would have to say I wish the bedroom windows included screens so we could open the windows to hear the gentle waves and let a breeze flow through. I did let the owners know. Again, this was my only real concern, otherwise 10/10 I would stay here again.
