Extra Large(1800sf) townhouse located in the center of Scottsdale Ranch in North Scottsdale. Only minutes from attractions in every direction; this property is close to hiking, golfing, spas, shopping, casinos, and restaurants. On the second floor are two extremely large master suites with new beds, each with private bath and 18 foot vaulted ceilings with skylights. Last but not least, there is a lovely, relaxing pool that will make you feel like you’re at a resort.

With regards to Covid 19, my townhouse is typically rented to only one renter in the fall/winter and professionally cleaned from top to bottom before entry. This year nobody has occupied since May 31, 2025 so you may rent for the season with complete confidence.

Could not possibly ask for a better location or nicer condo complex, and the owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating.
