North Myrtle Beach 8BR w/ pool, game room & ideal for golf groups

The property was not very clean, internet didn’t work two of the days, freezer did not work properly, black mold in closet, no smoking on property, but we found buckets of cigarette butts, floor was dirty as heck, rug inside property was filthy, we had to fold and put under the couch, we all had to purchase towels and wash rag. The were stained and full of hair. The shower doors were sliding door but the swung back and forth. We could not use the pool it was not cleaned and the level level of the water was low. The pool jet system did not come on while we were there. A few of the televisions did not work. I

We were very disappointed in this property. Upon arrival, the kitchen area was dirty with sticky floors and counter tops that had to be thoroughly cleaned by us. Additionally, we discovered that the dishwasher was visibly broken, with the top rack hanging down--and the dishwasher would not even turn on. We reported these issues same day and the dishwasher was never repaired, so we ended up hand washing dishes for 14 people for the whole week of our vacation. The pool was also very dirty and despite reporting this and being promised a cleaning crew would come, it was never cleaned. Multiple air vents had visible mold throughout the house. Lastly, we found roaches in the upstairs area as well. Overall, we were extremely disappointed and do not recommend this home as it is not being well-maintained. The property manager did offer us a credit toward the stay for our trouble after our stay was over, but we haven't yet received it. For those with families who like a quiet beach, this is also not an ideal location. Our next door neighbors blared music late into the night on at least one occasion and the area seems to be popular for college students.

We found the home had very comfortable furniture and loved the beach decor. Downfalls were the floors, rugs need a good cleaning. Dishwasher wasn't functioning, we called and they hsd to order part so we had to wash dishes all week. We did get a credit for that. There are 4 units, ours was only 1 that pool needs to be updated. We had to add water 3 times, filter wasn't running, so that was disappointing .

Five families spent the week together spanning ages from 8 months to 47 years old. The house design helps keep noise to lower levels and was spacious for all of us. Great place for a beach week with large groups!

The house was very nice and only a block from the beach. The wifi was unsecured and didnt work for us and the pool had a little trash in it when we got there but nothing major. The only thing we didnt really enjoy was our neighbors, the walls are thin so we heard everything going on around us at night. Accommodated my family very well. Be sure to bring your own paper supplies(tissue, paper towel), dishes were provided.

The place was in great shape. It was in the middle of all the action in Cherry Grove. Exactly what we wanted. Abundance of people and close proximity to restaurants, grocery store and the beach. Only issue was the pool filter/heater kept tripping the circuit so it never got up to temperature.

Beautiful place close to the ocean. Plenty of room for several guests

We would Highly recommend To stay!

The house was comfortable and spacious. We did have some plumbing problems but plumber was able to resolve the issues for the most part. Overall we had a good experience.
