️ Inside this gorgeous, updated home, you'll find a comfortable sectional sofa plus seating in a large living area plus an updated kitchen with all you need for meals and snacks. All appliances large and small are available including a blender, toaster, and a traditional coffee pot as well as an individual cup maker, plus dishware, cookware, and utensils. A full washer/dryer and free WIFI round out conveniences.

Each bedroom features a smart TV and ceiling fan.

We have two full bathrooms with walk in showers.

Located on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach, North Lagoon Getaway is less than a block to the water. You are near many outstanding restaurants, as well as the stunning St Andrews State Park. Pier Park is less than 10 miles away and the Publix Sports Complex is less than 6 miles away.

✅ Important Policies:

~ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
~ One dog allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. Ask about a second.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A copy of the primary guest's ID and a signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking
~ A $300 damage hold is required prior to arrival.
