North Hill Hideaway/ Newly Updated Home Downtown

First off, Zach, the host responded to my concerns in a timely manner, professionalism was top tier! The home on the inside was amazing, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen had all necessities needed, local restaurants and beach less than 10-15 away. Area was calm, perfect last house on the left for my family and I. The breeze on the porch will make you nap(lol)

The home was clean and well stocked! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. It was so nice to have plenty of bathrooms to get everyone ready. We loved the open area and the screen porch. The host responded quickly to all questions and was easy to contact.

The host was very welcoming and the house was nice and clean.

Very convenient from the airport to five flags

The location was perfect in downtown Pensacola. It was walking distance from the Christmas festival. It was an easy drive to the beach and to McGuire’s one of our favorite spots.

We had a great stay!!!!! The house is located perfectly in downtown and minutes from the bay. The property manager was very easy to reach and communicate with. We had 3 families and we all had plenty of room and privacy!!! Great House!!!!

This house was what we need. We were in town for a funeral. It allowed us a few days before to be together as a family before having to say goodbye to a dear loved one. The neighborhood was peaceful and the back neighbors even introduced themselves. I would stay here again if we ever need to rent a house again when visiting Pensacola. Thank you!

Our stay from May 28 to June 2 was truly a wonderful experience. The comfort of the home was a blessing for me and my family—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It really felt like a home away from home.The communication from the owners was excellent. They were attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable throughout our stay. That level of care made a huge difference and allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our time in Pensacola.I’ll definitely be keeping this home as a favorite for future visits. House was perfect for our group! 7 adults had plenty of room to hang out, eat dinner. The bunk room was great. The front porch was relaxing and where we started our morning. Thank you for providing sleeping arrangements for adult children with multiple bathrooms. May sound crazy, but we considered all of those extra nonuses!

It was very convenient and close to downtown area. Host was good responded quickly when the furnace went out it was fixed within 12 hours. Would recommend walking distance to downtown.
