Stayed Aug 2, 2024The property was gorgeous. The house sat away from other properties. The house was very spacious with beautiful large windows.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights. The house was quite pretty, and its location offered both great convenience and privacy. However, upon our arrival, we discovered the house was not clean. There were two full trash cans left by the previous guests, and the basement bathroom still had a lot of hair on the drain. Additionally, the bedroom in the basement had hairs on the pillow. The smell downstairs was not pleasant, the dishwasher still contained food, and the kitchen had not been cleaned. We had to spend about an hour cleaning the space ourselves. I'm not sure if the cleaning company inspected the house after they finished cleaning.I would have given the overall experience 3 stars, but the people in the property management company went above and beyond to address our concerns. They were super awesome and professional, which made up for the other negative experiences we had. Thank you so much to Mary and Barbie – you both are amazing!
