North End Home, 5 Houses to Beach! Near Pine Ave!

Really good value for the money! Newly remodeled and very nice. Great communication so check in was a breeze. House has an open floor plan so it feels anlot bigger than the sq footage says! steps to the beach. Would definitely rent again

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom was spectacular and the extra large open kitchen and living room were perfect for moments spent together. Tv and cable in every bedroom was great for our teen boys to enjoy a quiet time off the beach in the hottest hours. The house was ideally located, 2mn walk from one of the most beautiful parts of bean point and less then 10mn walk to all our AMI favorite shops, cafes (the North Shore cafe of course!) and restaurants. The communication with the property management team felt personal and was stellar and proactive from day 1 and throughout our stay, which was enjoyable and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to book it again soon!

Hey, listen, I'm not a AMI frequent flyer, but this place exceeded expectations from the first time we stepped into the home. From the decor, to the human comfort amenties, it only got better. We loved the entertaining area and kitchen was outstanding. Besides the numerous elegant living features, the 2 blocks from what was an open beach spot daily just made our vacation. The owners have taken care to ensure all the true beach house commodities are covered. We hope to visit with this place again soon and highly recommend. Pura Vida on Anna Maria Island!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This is a spacious home with comfy beds and hot showers close to the beach. I loved my time at this home. The garbage was overflowing in back yard and very minor housekeeping issues need looking into, like the handle on the kitchen sink. Otherwise this place was five star for me and I would 100% stay again!!

Just steps to beach access. We love this end of the island … short walk to shops and dinner. The mornings were a little loud as there was a house being constructed in the lot next door. No fault of the owners - lots of construction going on all over the island. Overall, it is a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Cons: many of the dishes and pots I took out of the cabinets and drawers we dirty and needed to be washed before using. No place to wash sandy feet off outside ?. No iron or ironing board - something I typically don’t travel with.

Pros: Great location, one block from beach access, beach cart, toys, chairs and towels provided, great showers, fun decor, a few blocks from restaurants/shopping and free trolley around the island, plenty of room for the whole family to hang out Cons: Garbage was overflowing in the backyard and was the main view out of the house windows. It stunk when using the backyard, we notified the rental company upon arrival and several times during our stay but it still wasn’t picked up when we left 6 days later despite many reminders from us. A tech also came to pick up an extra fridge without letting us know in advance. Backyard had plenty of room and would have been nice if there had been umbrellas in the umbrella stands and lights. A small table on the upper deck is needed as well. The beds were ok. Kitchen was under stocked for being a chef’s kitchen - only steak knives (no butcher knife or anything), couldn’t find a cutting board, also no wine glasses. We’ve stayed in several vacation rentals and this is the only one that has left us slightly underwhelmed. I’d say 3 or 4 out of 5 stars depending on your priorities.

Awesome location - just steps from the beach and Pine Ave. Lots of room, loved the extra amenities (dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc., just enough to do one or two loads). Great kitchen and lots of extras!

House is beautiful, just as described. Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and shopping. Customer services was excellent. We will definitely go back.
