North end AMI, 5* luxury home in one of the prettiest towns on gulf coast!

The house is large, well maintained and perfectly located. We enjoyed the back yard with the pool and being able to just walk to the beach. The entry to the beach that is a block up is amazing - connecting to the best part of the point. We had great communication with the owner. We will be back!

AC was good. There are great shops and restaurants all over the island. The pool was really nice and the house is only a block from the beach! We would love to stay again!!

Our family of 6 adults recently spent five nights at Castaway Cove in February and had a wonderful experience. Each couple had their own bedroom, and two couples shared a bathroom. The living area was spacious, making it perfect for us to relax and spend time together. The kitchen had everything we needed (I would recommend bringing some chip clips). We enjoyed the balcony, patio and pool area. The house is located one block from beach access and a short walk to Pine Avenue where there are a variety of shops, cafes, pizza place, donut shop, small general store, outdoor market on Tuesdays and many other stores and restaurants. We would gladly stay at Castaway Cove again and highly recommend it. Guests should be aware that shampoo, conditioner, body wash and tissues are not provided. Great host who responded quickly to questions. It was an added advantage that the only instructions on departure were to remove all consumables and take out all garbage.

The house was in a great location with easy access to the beach. Large living room and kitchen/dining area allowing plenty of space. Kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor kitchen and pool area was nice. A couple of maintenance issues (elevator and grill) were not able to be addressed during our stay but I’m sure that was mainly due to the holiday. Would definitely recommend this house to others and would stay here again if we return to AMI!

We have always stayed at this house and we always have an amazing time. Our kids call it the blue house. I recommend it 100%. Simon and karen are the best. The house is only a block away from the beach. Kitchen is fully equipped. The pool grill area is also spacious and ideal.

The private in-ground swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, offering a wonderful option for relaxation right at home, and you can't miss the bicycles, the two kayaks, the fishing poles and everything you needed for a beach day. Overall, this beach house provided a fun and memorable vacation experience. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and amenity-rich getaway. We can't wait to return!

Amazing house, close to the beach!

Castaway Cove was the perfect for our group of 8! The hosts were easy to communicate with and we felt very welcome in their beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone, we had everything we needed, and the location was ideal, with a short walk to the most beautiful beach on the island. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious home with pool and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, appliances and pots and pans. Refrigerator is new and spacious. Bedrooms are clean with plenty of room to shower and rest after a long day at the beach.The pool is a huge bonus and came in handy on days when the water at the beach was rough.The house is half a block from the beach entrance which is amazing and everything you could need is at the house including a balloon wheeled beach cart! There are also a couple of kayaks and bikes we didn’t use but would be great for a larger family. The owner was always responsive to communication and great to work with!You can’t miss with this awesome find!

We have stayed here previously and will be booking again. The property is great proximity to Bean Point beach and all north island activities. Communicating with the owner was easy and very responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!

The house itself was beautiful - the rooms were airy and spacious, with lovely decorations and very close to the beach. The shower in the master bathroom was incredible! The outdoor kitchen and pool area was very comfortable and inviting, and the kids had a blast in the game room. Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding. Unfortunately during our stay, some of the amenities that attracted us to this property were not usable -the washing machine was broken (leaving us no way to wash towels absent spending two hours of our vacation at a laundromat), all but one of the bikes were broken, the pool turned green (which was remedied quickly). I left two messages for the local property manager who never responded. The owner however was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. So close to the beach; beach wagon, umbrella, towels and chairs all provided. Many amenities in the house as well, did not have to worry about running out of soaps, toilet paper etc. Pool was perfect and the patio was so great to sit on after a long day! Highly recommend and would definitely come back

Simon and his family have a beautiful well-kept home and it was perfect for our long wedding weekend because of the location and outdoor entertaining area. We rented this home for our family traveling in for the wedding and hosted our rehearsal here for our wedding party. When I had concerns Simon was very responsive and unfortunately had to rely on others to address them since he is not local which was not always successful (i.e. the broken grill and outdoor fridge used for outdoor entertaining). All and all we had a great time on our favorite island. With the stress of wedding planning and so many wedding guests in town we needed a home away from home to relax and this home was just that! I spent plenty of time in the pool and their balconies. I would recommend this home for your vacation needs and if something comes up the host will do what he can to accommodate you.

We have stayed on Anna Maria yearly for the past 6 years and this house has truly been on of the most family friendly. There was plenty of space for all to sleep. The game room kept everyone in good spirits rain or shine or wind. It was such an easy walk out to the beach. This was the best stocked property I have stayed with tissues. Toiletries, a welcome basket, toys, bikes, beach and pool toys! We had a wonderful time.

Check in was easy, house was spacious and very clean. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and nice bathtub. The pool was heated and we were thankful for that since it was in the low 70s while we were there. Just a block away from Bean Point! Would definitely stay again!

We just got back from a long weekend stay and had the best time. The home is lovely with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and beach gear. There is a dual coffee maker so you can bring your own Keurig pods or brew regular pots. There are 3 stories with the master bedroom and twin kids room on the second floor and other bedrooms ln the third floor. We did not use the elevator but it’s nice to have the option if anyone struggles with stairs. The location was very close and walkable to the beach and only 0.7 miles from Pine St shops and restaurants. Overall the home is in good shape and we would stay again.

SimonWe had a great time on AMLI and staying at your place. Accomodations were great . Loved the pool , games , beach chairs etc. Beach was so convenient and used it every day plus sunsets. The island made a great recovery. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely recommend your place to others.

We had a wonderful stay. The house offers every comfort and is absolutely gorgeous, with thoughtful details that enhance both convenience and aesthetics. The kids loved the playroom with games, the pool was heated, and there was a beautiful outdoor seating area. It’s a place we’d love to return to again and again—more than just a house, it truly feels like a home.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our visit. The accommodations were clean and satisfactory. Kitchen was well equipped for making our own meals. The pool table was challenging, as it wasn’t totally level.

Thanksgiving vacation to remember! The owners did an incredible job to fix their home after being hit by two recent hurricanes. The house was outstanding as the decor was peachy beautiful and house inviting with its well appointed bedrooms and great open concept living area on the 2nd floor. We had the best Thanksgiving dinner cooked in a gourmet kitchen! Peaceful mornings with coffee on the quiet and beautiful 2nd (main) floor deck listening to the ocean. Beach walk was one block to Bean Point where we had peaceful sunny days and the most gorgeous sunsets. The outdoor shower was handy for those sandy feet. A bonus was the elevator which was a godsend for bringing our packed car full of groceries and Thanksgiving fixing as well as during our departure. Perfect for two or three couples or a family! Highly recommended. 5 stars and will be back! Huge gratitude to the owners - Simon and Karen - who also answered all my questions in a timely manner. Thank you!
