North Cottage at Hobbit Hollow Farm

I highly recommend. This was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, fully stocked with supplies, children books and games. Farm was gorgeous. Beautiful lake view. Really felt like we were in someone's home. 5 adults, 2 kids (under 5) and a baby. The flow on the first floor was perfect. (1/2 bath downstairs). We never felt crowded. 2nd floor were bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 bedrooms are cozy but we had 2 pack and plays so it worked great. Daniel the host came to greet us. He made our stay so comfortable. Never had to bother him over the long weekend. Everything worked! 5 minute drive into town of Skaneateles. What a joy!

Cozy farmhouse that is well decorated and has everything you need! They went above and beyond and found and shipped immediately a ring I left. The view and breakfast on the porch were a highlight!

Lovely, clean home with beautiful views of the lake and farm. We walked the farm each morning with resident barn cats accompanying us. Well supplied and super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

large family gathering over the 4th of July holiday. The North cottage was perfect spot for my daughter's family to relax and care for a newborn and 4-year-old...easy walk to the big house for fun and games. Very comfortable and well equipped

The house was clean and stocked with all the essentials. I loved that they had a handful of kids books and pencil stroller available. The property and surrounding farm are beautiful and the location was nice and only a 5 min drive into the DT area. The property manager on site was also very welcoming and personable.

Beautiful setting, extremely comfortable beds, every detail thought of and we loved the decor. The central a/c was a bonus! Also appreciated the standing fans in each bedroom, as our family relies on white noise for sleeping. Will definitely book this rental again!

Second time staying at property - fantastic!

We have stayed at the North Cottage several times and each time gets better. It truly feels like home! Best view, always clean, endless charm throughout the home and a very responsive host! I can’t wait to stay there again when I am back in Skaneateles visiting my family. Highly recommend this rental!

We picked our daughter up from Syracuse and stayed at the cottage with family. Loved the location, property and coziness of the home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook or short drive into town for great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!
