Nordic Hideaway at Wellington on the Beach

The area was wonderful.

Clean room, room as advertised. Host was excellent.

This lovely listing is as advertised with great communication from host. Situated in walking distance of beaches, restaurants and small stores in beautiful PEC. Would recommend for couples or even a solo stay as it was a nice, safe environment.

We had a great time, it is the perfect spot for a getaway. It has everything you need, the view from the deck is beautiful. Sitting down by the water watching the boats go by was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Goood experience

We had an awesome time in PEC this summer. The property was exactly as stated, and even better! Location was excellent - we could walk to small shops/restaurants and to the public beach. Hosts were fantastic ... great communication and always available. And so flexible - we needed to reschedule our boat tour a couple times and they were super-accommodating. Make sure you book the boat ride from Dunes Boat Tours - well worth it. We booked for an evening tour and it was fabulous!Everything was great - perfect size for 2 people with everything you need. And you'll love Maila - the resident puppy! So friendly and energetic!Thanks Katrine and Eric! :)

Nordic Hideaway Wellington OntarioJust finishing a six day stay and cannot say enough about how delightful this property is. Well appointed, spotless, and the location on the Western end of West Lake in Wellington is fantastic. Honorable mention to the multiple kayaks available (and free) for guest usage including the unique Kayak launch which makes getting into/out of the kayak a breeze for the less agile. Another highlight was the boat tour with the owner's of West Lake which provided both a waterside view of the Sandbanks and a great local tour. Third visit to Prince Edward County and was amazed at the number of great amenities and attractions. Scott & Petra

Spent 4 nights, great spot to either relax on the property, wander into Wellington, or use as a base for trips in the county. Boat trip to see Sandbanks was an unanticipated bonus

Cute unit, very clean, nicely appointed and situated, close to some very good restaurants. Enjoyed our stay. Would actually rate this as 4.5 , but ratings don’t accept that. Our only issue is a personal one, in that we prefer more privacy than the unit could offer.

A most enjoyable stay! This property was immaculately maintained, and our hosts were helpful and pleasant. With access to a bbq, hot tub, kayaks and a private beach, staying at this property was as much a part of the experience as anything else we planned for our trip. We ended up cancelling dinner reservations so that we could stay in and enjoy this property fully. I can’t wait to go back!!

Went during pumpkin fest.. lovely location. Property was very clean - perfect for a couple hosts were great to suggest places to see and things to do. Would recommend if you are looking for a weekend getaway.

We had a great stay at the Nordic hideaway. It was well located walking distance to Wellington, and had the amenities to cook dinner in. We will be back!

Nice accommodation, space is a little tight but nice style and modern. Entry steps should have a railing and last step into house is high. Overall we would return.

My partner had an amazing weekend in Wellington. Our only (very small) complaint would be that we didn’t realize how close in proximity we would be to the owners. That being said, all of our interactions with them were very positive and even helpful to give us tips on our kayaking adventure. The room itself was very neat and had everything we needed. And the location was very convenient for us to go out for dinner, ice cream, and a walk along the beach.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the place. Well set up for all our needs. They’ve thought of everything. The outside space is a bonus as well as the added features to enjoy the water Will definitely recommend to my friends and hope to stay again

Great stay in a very convenient location in Wellington. Extremely clean with beand new high end finishings and great outdoor space!

The property is clean and well organized. We were able to use the complementary kayaks are observe the surrounding bird life. Well situated at a walking distance to the center of the village.

Marcy has an absolutely wonderful property for your stay while visiting Prince Edward County. The accommodations are top notch. Everything is perfect in this wonderful unit. Marcy had not missed anything when designing and equipping this property. The outdoor amenities are great as well. We enjoyed relaxing on property every day that we stayed. Your host here is super helpful and friendly. Lots of great suggestions for activities and dining in the area. All the minor details were well thought out and the unit 100% perfect. The shower is awesome as well. Don’t miss going on a pontoon tour with Marcy and her husband as it allows you to see the Sandbanks from a boat which is great if it is your first time in the area. We would definitely stay at Marcy’s property again in the future. Highly recommended - 5 star.

The stay has amazing amenities and is very nicely renovated. The property is also kept very clean and is located close to the attractions around Wellington and Sandbanks.

My partner and i had a wonderful time staying here. Everything about the property and amenities was great and marcy took great care with us. We loved the location as we took the opportunity to walk out for dinner and drinks and enjoy the town and it was a lovely evening. Highly recommend
