Our family had fun fishing on the pier and enjoying the view of the bay. Check in was simple and communication with the host was super easy.

Stay was awesome. Information book was on point for the fishing we were planning. Communication with host was great. We prolly caught 100 fish croker, specks, pinfish, ladyfish, redfish, sheepshead and alligator gar.

This is our third time renting this property for our family. That pretty much sum it up. Residential security is pretty observant to the surroundings and it should be. Looking forward to many more visits and I highly suggest this place to all who are looking to get away from the everyday grind of the big city.

The house is well kept, has everything you could need and the dock was plenty big for four of us to fish together. We all caught several fish. The owner was super helpful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway location. Some really good restaurants just 5-7 min up the road. NASA is just 25 min away and old town Galveston is 35. Clean and comfortable home.

This was our 2nd stay with John. We are perfectly satisfied at this home. It is easy to find, in a good neighborhood and very roomy. We enjoy fishing from the pier, though a sturdy handrail would be most welcome when we come and go from the fishing deck. It’s a great house and John is a good host. This place is a keeper. Really enjoyed this place. 4th of July celebrations in the neighborhood and all around were great. Hurricane cut out one day of our stay. Did not want to take the chance with an approaching hurricane. I plan on coming back in the future.

We needed a quiet weekend away to fish and relax. This location was perfect for great fishing and quiet nights. The property had everything we needed.
