Non-Smoking 2 Queen Room - NS2Q

The room had a a pretty bad smell. The tv didn’t have a remote control that worked . The lady and gentleman that were working were very helpful . I believe that the carpets are old and the smell comes from that . Everything else was pretty clean.. the TVs are not smart TVs nowadays. Smart TVs is a must in My opinion.

It took nearly two hours to check in. The check-in system was a mess. There was no heater in the room.

Wasn't able to stay because I never got the code to go into the room. when manager came she was drunk or somethins

Helpful staff. Clean rooms and nice bathrooms! Rooms are really big and comfortable. I wish the tv had a swivel otherwise amazing place for the price! We will be back.

This place is quiet, clean and friendly. The manager of the property is very friendly and helpful. The first morning after arriving she saw us coming downstairs, asked which car was ours and helped us clean the foot of snow off. Ever time we saw her she had a smile and kind words. The room was clean and exactly like the picture. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

Great affordable spot that was walkable to bars, restaurants and Casinos! Lots of towels which i loved! Easy no contact check in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent stay, but it was cold and the heater wasn't active. I arrived back there very late so I didn't want to disturb the host. I do recommend the stay, all things considered.

The location was perfect for the concert. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Room was comfortable and cute.

The floor was filthy. We had to clean it with a white towel and it turned up black. The bathtub was dirty. The pillows were as flat as a pancake. I mean it served the purpose, but it was pretty nasty.

Room was great. As expected. Host was very kind and considerate and communicative.

Great hotel, pretty clean and the check in and check out process was so easy. Very quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of other hotels. Super close to the lake and town

Stay was good. Close to many fun things. Easy check in and out. Towels nice and soft. Floors were very dirty. Left our socks and feet black. Our room was nothing like the image on VRBO and it was listed as a house but it was a motel.
