Guest Access:

We have a two car garage available for guest parking. Additional parking is available on the street. You will access the home from the front door. The front door has a smart lock. Guest code will be provided 1 hour prior to check in. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.



Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

    This is a brand new property in pristine condition, walking distance from downtown Bentonville. Everything was perfect. from the check-in procedures to check-out. Fully equipped, and comfortable and cozy. We always look for comfortable beds and a tranquil and peaceful place, and this property has it all! I was impressed on how everything is organized. I will look forward to return in the near future. Thank you.

    The townhome is nice. It is nicely furnished and a wonderful location. It was very quiet and safe. One thing to note is that the lights in the neighborhood outside are LED and extremely bright. It feels like daylight all night long. The blinds do not block out the light. Makes it hard to sleep. Also-ithe garage door took several times to shut. It kept popping open. One other comment-There are rugs under the beds that are all bunched up and a potentialTripping hazard. They did respond and were willing to roll the rugs up under the beds. We just left them there but that was awkward. Overall the townhome was a good place to stay.

    The stay was very peaceful, located in a perfect spot to walk or bike everywhere. Host was very gracious to have necessary amenities available for use (ex: laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc).

    We were so in love with this place and Bentonville! The condo was so beautiful and by far the best stocked one I’ve ever stayed at! Communication was so quick when I had a question! I highly recommend this place and will for sure be coming back for my next trip! Thanks for a great stay!
