Stayed Jul 24, 2020The owner was very communicative and helpful. We were very comfortable at this house and were absolutely thrilled with the pool and lanai and the property backing up to a canal. The house was so close to the beach, a park, walking trails, and quiet streets for bike riding, and to amenities like good restaurants, food markets, pharmacies, whatever you needed. Easy access to Route I75, the main Interstate that runs north to Tampa and south to the everglades. Perfect for a couple or small family. We would definitely stay again. Stayed Jun 30, 2019This is a great family home with nice amenities. Our family loved the pool and the location for fishing. Its a 3 minute drive to Nokomis Beach. It’s a 15 to 20 minutes drive to Siesta Keys Beach. Venice Beach is also very close and beautiful. Please contact the owner first before booking. VRBO double booked us so we had to leave midweek. The property owner was more than helpful finding us somewhere to stay. Great Home!
