Stayed Mar 11, 2025This cottage was very nicely remodeled and conveniently located. Restaurants and stores are nearby, and Nokomis Beach and Venice Beach are close too. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we took several walks around the neighborhood during our stay. The owner was quick to respond and answered any questions we had.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025I recently stayed 9 nights at this very cute home. I was in town for the Venice Equestrian Horse Show and this home was the perfect distance to the horse show, beach and restaurants. The home looks like it was recently updated and is very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again next year.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024We had a very nice stay! Property looked newly renovated and went above and beyond with all the amenities we needed. Kids loved the playroom with all the toys and bunk beds. My only complaint was the couch. It was very narrow and difficult for us all to sit comfortably. All and all it was a great vacay!
