The property was clean and very comfortable. The guest house was a nice extra space to have. Great location. We rented a golf cart and drove it to dune Walkover 1 for time at the beach. The two loungers with an umbrella that come with the rental were a plus. It was especially nice to have dishes for young children. The place was nicely decorated. The rental agency provided excellent customer service. The kitchen is well equipped. We utilized the gas grill several times as we ate in most nights. Carillon Beach is a very nice, quiet community. Homes are close together but it was very quiet in the evenings. Everything is very well maintained. We went up to the ice cream place a couple times. Highly recommend this place!!!

I would highly recommend this home for a large party.And because the location is in the back of Carillon, renting a golf cart is helpful. The beach walkover is an easy walk.

This is our second time staying in this home under the new owners and management. I cannot say enough how professional the property management is. Karen Sandels is so kind and easy to work with. We had children and grandchildren there and we all had our own space. The community of Carillon Beach is lovely. We enjoyed the beautiful beach, the village, and bike rides through the community. we love this home and small private community and hope to stay again next year. It is indeed our favorite family vacation destination.
