No Shoes 6 bedroom Beach House Private Pool Gulf Front easy walk to beach Prickett Properties

The house was beautiful but it needed A LOT of maintenance while we were there. Not sure if no one had been staying there prior to but it seemed like everything was falling apart. When I did call they were wonderful, very quick, and efficient. When we first arrived a piece of rusted metal was hanging under the carport at head level. It could’ve definitely cut someone especially if you wasn’t paying attention. The upstairs ac was leaking and over flowed in the light fixture downstairs in the laundry room which eventually fell while we were out to eat and we came back to water in the floor. Later in the week the ac guy had to come back twice because it was 80 degrees but set on mid sixties. All the piping had to be changed. The washing machine was super slow and had mildew in it. Barely anything in the kitchen. If you plan to cook you need to bring your stuff to cook with. A good note, having two refrigerators was wonderful, a bathroom in every bedroom except one of them, and it was very nice being right on the beach for easy access. The beach view from the porch/pool was breath taking. All and all it was a wonderful trip and the best memories were made. Hopefully the next family won’t have many maintenance problems.

Great views from the house. Just a quick walk to the beach. Great to have king beds and separate bathrooms for different families.

Ourfamily had an awesome time at your property. It was the perfect fit for us and the beach side pool was perfect. We only had 1 problem and that was having to get maintenance out to the property twice because neither of the refrigerators nor the ice maker were making ice, we had to make a few ice runs to have ice for our beverages, and this was not ideal if you were drinking alcoholic beverages. After the second guy came out we started to get ice, but pretty slow at making it.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the pool, beach and the large living room/dining room area for meals, games and family time. This was a wonderful place to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary! I highly recommend!!!

We all loved the house and the pool. We also were grateful for and made good use of the two refrigerators and the ice maker (brilliant!). A few things that might be improvements include an umbrella for the pool deck, updating of kitchen cooking utensils, and some serving platters. These are minor improvements that would make a huge difference, but regardless, we will be back and are looking forward to arranging dates for next year.

Our family just spent a week at No Shoes for our 50th Anniversary celebration. There was enough room for each of all 10 of us to have our own space. There is a room with bunk beds for the little girls, a queen size bed for our 15 year old granddaughter and a nice suite for our bachelor son who often gets relegated to the basement or the couch. The grands had their own nice suite on the main floor. It's a close walk to the beach BUT the pool on the deck is its best feature. The kids (and parents) loved it being RIGHT THERE. It's a small pool, but when you've got littles it's ideal. We're coming back next year!

We loved the house and the king beds with private baths. Everyone had a great view of the Gulf! We had plenty of space and enjoyed being directly on the beach. Having a washer and dryer was extremely appreciated and helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool after being at the beach during the day. Loved the 2 refrigerators! The property is quiet, but close enough to Gulf Shores for additional activities.

Fantastic house...clean and neat! We had enough rooms and private bathrooms for each couple/adult. The pool was a hit for the grands! Love that we were able to watch dolphins every morning on the back porch! Quick walk to the beach was a big advantageWe highly recommend

Plenty of room. Loved that the house was not cluttered with so many beach things on every surface!! Makes it so hard with children under 5 or 6. So nice to be so close to the beach. Plenty of cabinet space for our food and supplies. Loved this house. At the young age of 75, I would have loved an elevator

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is great and location is amazing! Plenty of room for all. The kids loved the pool and we loved how close to the beach it is. We look forward to staying here again.
