'Toes In The Sand' is a charming, 3-bedroom beach cottage conveniently located south of Hwy 30-A (the beach side) in Seagrove Beach (between Seaside and Rosemary Beach). Enjoy the serenity of getting away from it all OR get into the thick of area activities-your choice! Our home is in a quiet, family-friendly, picket-fence-lined gated community called Summer's Edge but also close enough to Seaside, The Big Chill, and Rosemary Beach to enjoy all the area's activities. Located directly across the street within a short walk is the new Greenway Station which has restaurants and shopping such as Local Cantina Mexican restaurant, The Salty Butcher market, Turbo Coffee, Canopy Road Cafe, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Latitude 25, and Coast Hippie. The beach and Eastern Lake are a short 3 to 4-minute walk away! Our community enjoys deeded beach access-so no worries finding your spot on the sand.

Toes in the Sand comfortably accommodates up to eight (8). It is well-equipped with all the amenities of 'being at home' (unlike a hotel room). You will enjoy beautiful ocean views and feel the gulf breeze from the 'Tower' (3rd story porch-great for Happy Hour!).

Grill your own seafood on our gas grill in the private fenced backyard. Enjoy visiting with family and friends on three large separate porches with chairs & hammocks. The neighborhood walkway takes you to our deeded beach access -- on the beautiful Emerald Coast -- one of the most spectacular beaches in the world (only 225 yards or a short 3-minute walk). (Please note that tents or canopies are not allowed on the beach.) Our community offers two private pools. The one located on our street (Ryan St.) is just 2 minutes away and seasonally heated for your comfort. The second pool is just a 3-minute walk away on Chelsea Loop.

The king size bed in the primary bedroom boasts a comfortable, memory-foam mattress. The primary bedroom's ensuite bathroom includes a large jetted garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Both the primary bedroom and the King-bed guest bedroom each have their own private access to our spacious, second-story porch, where you can relax in the hammock or Adirondack chairs and simply read, nap, or have coffee. The third bedroom features a twin over full bunkbed (with a single pull-out trundle below).

The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counter tops, gas stove top with electric convection oven, breakfast bar (seats 3), and French-door refrigerator with ice maker. The dining room features an extra large table (seats 8) so your whole group can gather together for meals. The large full-grain leather sectional and flat-screen 4K HD smart TV (and DVD player) in the family room allows you to enjoy a movie with a large group. You will also find flat screen smart TV's in the primary and second bedrooms.

There is a spacious and private fenced backyard with a stone patio, umbrella/table/chairs, natural gas grill, and outdoor shower. Beach accessories including beach cart, boogie boards, and beach toys are available for use. You can choose to secure your spot on the beach by taking advantage of beach chair/umbrella service or rent bikes-we offer discounts for both.

Free high-speed WIFI access, DVD movies, board games, and puzzles are on hand for your use.

    This home was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving. Kevin and Stacy were great hosts: welcoming, informative and responsive. The home had all the things we needed. It was close to the beach and walking paths. It was a perfect spot for a 30a trip.

    My husband and I along with our two adult daughters and our dog Huxley stayed at Toes in the Sand” and we had an absolute blast. We loved the location with it being two blocks off the beach and one block south of 30a. We had several good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The house was immaculate and was set up perfectly for four adults. My husband worked half of the week from the house at the dining table. It set up perfectly as a desk with some additional seating room. Everything at the house worked as expected. We will be back again!.

    Great location! Easy walk to the beach and pools plus several places to eat. Very cute street with a lot of charm. Great communication with the hosts. Easy check in and check out. I would say for a group of 6 or more people, having only two key fobs for beach access/pool entry/ gated end of the street access, does require some coordination. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying at toes in the sand!

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Stacey’s place! Their home has everything you need to cook, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard is fenced in case you’d like to bring your dog. The walk to the beach is short and the best part is it shaded most of the way there. We would definitely stay again!!!

    We had an amazing vacation! The beach was within a comfortable walking distance. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch. The new coffee shop and ice cream shops just within walking distance were perfect! The back yard was big enough to allow our dog some outside time without having to walk her. Would rent this property again!

    This home was perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to the beach and both community pools. The pools were never crowded which was a concern of ours originally. There is a new retail spot at the top of the street with restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and great breakfast spot. We walked here everyday. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

    We returned to Toes in the Sand for our second year in a row — still a wonderful home in an awesome location! A new benefit this year is that even more shops and restaurants have opened in the commercial development just across 30A from the gated entrance to neighborhood, so we were able to walk for dinner and for ice cream treats more than one night.
