The inviting living room welcomes you with a striking natural rock wall that serves as a unique focal point, adding warmth and character to the space. The open-concept kitchen includes a large island, perfect for cooking, entertaining, or casual dining.

Step outside to enjoy true Arizona outdoor living with a private pool, mini grill, and a seamless indoor/outdoor dining setup, ideal for enjoying sunny days and relaxing evenings.

MAX 6 guests at all times. NO pets allowed. NO smoking in any part of the premises. NO access to the adjacent studio or garage (garage is for owner’s use only). NO GLASS/FOOD IN POOL AREA.

Please note: while another studio is attached, it is fully separated by walls and has it's own independent entrance. The only shared area with other guests is the front porch for access.

General: Quiet hours 10 pm – 7 am. Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors will incur fees. Our house is in a locals neighborhood, where a lot full time residents live and work. In efforts to respect your neighbors, we limit the number of cars to (1) parking space for this studio, in the lower driveway. We also ask that you keep music and sound voices down while outside. Please avoid slamming the door. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise. Available as an add-on after booking.

Treat it like your home: No moving furniture, no food/drinks in pool area, dispose of trash/recycling properly in side gate barrels.

Backyard use: Turn off propane after BBQ, heaters, or fire pit. Clean BBQ after use. No children unattended as this may result in HOA fines. Swim at your own risk. Pool heating is available as an add-on. Bonus amenities: Pre-filled propane for BBQ, fire pit, and heater use. Walking treadmill, dart board and other family games are also available for your enjoyment.

Access: Smart lock entry. No access to garage or attached studio. Driveway parking only. Street parking may result in HOA fines.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in laundry room.
