Cozy, clean an convenient…
Great little place in a quiet neighborhood --walkable to many eateries and the historic downtown mall
Janice's place was SO clean! There was plenty of parking and the Downtown area was only a 10-15 min walk. The property description is accurate. We also appreciated the large water bottles and K Cups. I loved all of the pillows I had on my twin bed. ?
Extremely easy check in and check out. Owner answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful with the booking process. House was very clean and well maintained.
Tastefully decorated cozy house felt like home. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here, easy to walk to restaurants and centrally located to everything else.
This was a great stay in Charlottesville! Janice is a wonderful host! She had water, fruit and granola bars waiting for us. It is such a charming little place with a beautiful front porch to hangout on, the beds were very comfortable and it is walking distance to some nice restaurants. She also checked on us after a couple of days to see if we needed anything.I would definitely recommend staying here.
This home was very clean. There were plenty of new, clean bath towels. Sheets and comforters were clean and very nice. Everything you could need was available--extra bathroom paper products, hair dryer, iron, coffee cups, wine glasses, and disposable cups and plates. The front porch was divine. Janice provided coffee K cups, creamer, water, and fruit and breakfast bars. Her communication about checking in was very clear and directions were easy to follow. The house was a short walk to several very popular restaurants and bars in C'ville. We had a wonderful visit at this charming, beautifully maintained home.
Janice was an amazing host! We loved the bungalow, the antiques and the fresh cut flowers everywhere.
The property was beyond our expectations. It was in a great location, extremely well cared for, clean and well stocked. Janice was very helpful and really paid attention to the details. Fresh flowers, all the things you need for a quick breakfast and cup of coffee. We will definitely stay with Janice again when we head back to Charlottesville.
Three of us stayed this in this bungalow , and we loved it ! It was just the perfect amount of space that we needed ! We walked 10 mins to downtown and to several restaurants there .This place is a 10 minute drive to Monticello and UVA . There are many wineries in the area , but we chose a lunch at Early Mountain which was approximately 20 minutes drive from here . Thank you , Janet , for the fresh flowers, apples , morning breakfast bars , and coffee for us to start our day ! We loved staying here , and loved walking just up the street to have breakfast at Belle ‘s . What a great recommendation !
We loved the house and the location was perfect. The house was immaculate and well appointed. There were so many extra touches that made the property special, like fresh fruit and flowers. It was a lovely experience.
We loved the decorations. Great location to downtown Charlottesville. Owner made everything very easy.
My wife and I stayed here, and thought it was a great property - clean; comfortable; great location. Highly recommended.
This was a great place for a short weekend in Charlottesville. It was neat ,clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back if we needed to stay in Charlottesville again.
The location was excellent and perfect for our girls trip getaway. Very centrally located with neighborhood dinner locations 5 minutes away, and then main town a quick 15 minute walk away.
This was an elegant home. Everything was so lovely and pristine. Janice was great to work with and quick to reply to any of our texts whenever we corresponded. Her property was located centrally to the mall in Charlottesville and other shops and restaurants in the Belmont neighborhood. Highly recommend her home!
Had a great long weekend stay in the bungalow. Great location. House was very clean and welcoming. Beds were super comfy. Will definitely be back.
The property was lovely. The property owner was very attentive and gracious. We will recommend this property to family and friends and hope to return ourselves in the fall.
Central location near the Downtown Mall, convenient to restaurants in Belmont, smooth check-in process, and helpful and attentive host! We especially appreciated the Pack and Play and high chair for our daughter.
Perfect location for UVA graduation! Next to our favorite restaurant too!
I’m a Charlottesville native who was back in town for a family wedding. I didn’t spend too much time on the property due to all the wedding festivities. That said, it was everything we needed it to be. Price was reasonable, location was great. I knew there wasn’t a full kitchen going into it, but figured there’d at least be a sink or something. Otherwise, it was spot on and Janice was super easy to work with. Would stay again!
