The Space:
This unique home started as a 20’ shipping container. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck is accessed by a spiral stairway

Overall the property was good. We just didn't have wifi so no tv or phone. The property does say no cleaning fee and I should have paid attention to that as the place was not as clean. Hand/finger prints on doors and furniture that could easily be wiped off, hair in shower walls and under the bed/couch area was so dusty and found underwear that could easily be swept, also found a broken iron and the remote batteries were not good. The area was nice and peaceful and loved the idea of it. The property owner was fast to communicate with and appreciate that to inform her of the situation after we left.
I enjoyed my night in a well designed container house. I found everything that I needed and it was clean and well organized. In the Texas heat, I especially appreciated being under a big shade tree!
This small container home had everything we needed. It was clean and cute. The host was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
The container home was very beautiful! A very enjoyable and unique experience! The home comes with everything you possibly need. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Only 12 min. away from downtown. We definitively will make plans to stay here again.
We have been interested in tiny houses for awhile and this was a good introduction. Everything is just as advertised and communication with the host was timely and responsive. The bed was comfortable, particularly after our hosts provided an extra blanket for the cool evenings. Nice hot shower and provisions for a comfortable stay. Be sure to explore the nearby market, coffee shop and tea house, crafts, and much more!
Because it is a tiny house, everything needs to be very organized. It was. The furnishings were very nice. Everything was super clean. Kenneth was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place.
This tiny home was perfect for my stay while in Waco! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Communication with the host was super! I would definitely stay at this property again.
This was our first time staying in a tiny house. We enjoyed out stay so much we most likely will be looking for a tiny house every where we go. It was clean, updated, and quiet. I was nervous that the Murphy bed would be uncomfortable but I was pleasantly surprised. The host sent very detailed instructions on the rental and were very helpful.
