Stayed Jan 11, 2026Niko was on top of all questions I asked. Place was immaculate. Very well organized. Location was great for walking. A few miles from Boca Raton. The Deerfield beach is beautiful and not too busy. A must eat for a great burger and blooming onion is Charm City Burger.

Stayed Nov 22, 2020Perfectly situated for beach, biking, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of space (three of us were working/studying remotely and were able to conduct simultaneous video calls). Owner was very welcoming and responsive. Furnishings are a bit sparse and dated, but fine for a short stay. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Stayed Jan 18, 2020We were welcomed with beautiful bouquets and a nice bottle of wine. Nice touch! House was very clean, comfortable beds. We could have used more seating however. Nice neighborhood but busy street . Nikolas was very responsive to our requests. I would recommend this house.
