I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home in great location. Very clean and well maintained. Only problem was ice maker in the kitchen did not work. Had to buy bagged ice.

Had all the amenities. Couple BRs had a slight dust/musky smell, but washing the linens and blanket did the trick. Loved the turtles that visited the back pier.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this property, and we could not have asked for more. It was conveniently located, beautifully appointed and decorated, clean and spacious. Our son is 2 and has special needs, and we were able to make this place comfortable for him during our stay. We hope to come back summer after summer!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and property was nice but a little dated. Lots of room if you have a large family or multiple couples. The rental company will not heat the pool until the month of June which was very frustrating since it was still cool at night in May and the pool water was very cold. I sent multiple emails and never received any kind of response about the pool. Overall, the house and property was nice but part of the reason we rented this property was because of the pool and we couldn’t use it because the rental company will only heat it from June to August.
