Nice Private Space Short Walk To The Beach

everything was clean and easily located. the host was more than helpful when I couldn't locate my code to get into the unit. it was quiet and near the ocean, but it was very cold weather so I didn't spend much time visiting the beach.

A lovely spacious room with a cute little balcony - a perfect place to have breakfast, or sip. A glass of wine in the afternoon and watch the neighborhood. The beach was only 4 blocks away. Close to the Norman Bird Sanctuary, the Green Topiary Animals, and wineries, and all that Aquidneck Island has to offer.

Great location for my stay. Short walks to beach and dining options. Easy access to main routes for travel in area.

The place is very nice and quaint. The bed was so nice and the little patio was so cute. The walk to the beach is awesome and the parking is nice perfect.

We needed a place to stay that was close to a wedding we were attending in Middletown. This location was convenient. The place worked out nicely. The location was a few blocks from the water, which offered nice views of the bay, and good walking options. Check-in was easy. The room was spacious and clean.

The space was private. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Communication was all right.There were some important discrepancies in the actual space from the VRBO listing that I think should be addressed & corrected.In addition, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues that should have been noticed by the hosts, but were not.It was fine for our needs on this trip, but not a place we would go out of our way to return to.

The town is glorious. Everything so pretty. The downstairs was under construction but we never heard anything. We were never disturbed. Would stay there again

This property was perfect for us. My cousin and I came in for a half marathon and found this location to fit all our needs. It was quiet, convenient and clean.

Very clean and comfortable room! We had a nice stay. Would be nice to have instructions for the coffee maker as we wasted two pods trying to figure it out with no success.

Perfect location, extremely clean and super comfy bed! The apt was immaculate and the coffee was great! Hosts were great communicators and I’d highly recommend staying here. We were able to visit the Cape and Newport from here and we walked down to the water for dinner!

As a 65 old, non tech, person, I had trouble with the key code and app (my first app). But Joshua was just lovely! Helped me lickety split through the process I was on the Island for a funeral . The room is large and clean! Thank you for making my stay lovely.

Perfect place. Just wished I could have stayed longer. Everything I needed. Spacious room with sliders to a cute deck. Hope to book again but longer than 2 nights ! A little get away from the hustle and bustle summer traffic in Newport, but a short drive or uber will get you downtown.Beachy neighborhood and loved the low keyed beach walking distance. Host was very accommodating.

This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again.

We came down for a family reunion with our 11 month old. It was just enough room for all of us to be comfortable and we arrived with the room already at a good temperature and waters for us. Small and simple.

Very nice accommodations; clean, comfortable and within walking distance of an inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The Hosts are on sight and very accommodating. We will come back and highly recommend it to others.

Property as advertised and immaculate. It is in a separate wing so it is quite private. A couple of minutes walking to local eateries and the Sakonett River Estuary. Would definitely recommend to and plan on staying again.soonagain soon

My boyfriend and I needed a place to stay for a weekend college visit for my son. It was just the two of us, and the place was PERFECT! It is quaint and quiet. Had the weather been warmer, I would have LOVED to sit outside and enjoy some reading. Wonderful experience

When we travel we are basically looking for a quite place to lay our head, comfy bed and clean shower. Fit the bill perfectly. Will stay againJf we ever come through the area again.

Nice and clean place in a pretty quiet neighborhood. I was doing a writer’s retreat/staycation kind of thing, and it was perfectly situated to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries. The space was private and quiet, which was exactly what I wanted! Thank you!

Perfect little place. Clean and inviting. Owners are super commutative. Great location within walking distance of some great restaurants, bars and a cute little coffee shop on the water.

We were very happy with this room -- it was clean and roomy, nice light. There was a little porch that we didn't get to try but that looked inviting. Everything you'd want was there -- ironing board and iron, coffee and tea, instructions for the tv, etc., very comfortable bed and pillows, clean and fresh towels, etc. We had a little personal communication about our check-in and the owners were very prompt and helpful. We would return without hesitation!

My husband and I stayed for a weekend. We were there for a wedding, the room was simple enough for what we needed for a short stay. A lot of the furniture looks like it has seen better days (scratches and what not) but the bed was comfortable and a great size. Shower had good water pressure, and overall it was a good stay. We spent most of our time in Newport so I would’ve liked to have been a little closer but that’s on us for not being able to find a place closer. Overall, all good!

This was a comfortable spot.It was very clean and had great amenities. We enjoyed the beach and the restaurants we visited. Two drawbacks: We couldn't figure out the tv and the chickens woke my husband. We would definitely stay again.

Quaint and 20 minutes from our venue

Nice studio with lots of room and a cute little deck for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Newport! It’s just a few blocks to the beach in a quiet little area. Perfect location for taking in the sights of Newport and the surrounding areas!
