Nice house in the center of Fornalutx

This property is magical with beautiful views in a serene setting. Ines was a great host, we had everything we needed. We ate all of our homecooked meals on one of the two terraces. The view from terraces were amazing. There were 5 of us, so the accommodations of three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect. Fornalutx is charming with fabulous restaurants, views and food. We will be back!

This is a lovely, spacious, traditional house in the heart of Fornalutx and we had a very enjoyable stay here. We found it really convenient for walks and hikes straight from the door and also for eating out in the evening at some of the excellent restaurants in the village. It has a good size main bedroom, well-equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. Although there were only two of us staying, it felt like the house would accommodate more people comfortably. We particularly liked the two small plant-filled terraces with different spots to relax and enjoy the slice of mountain view with a glass of wine. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was also quiet at night. Ines was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We stayed at the start of April and found the house (having thick stone walls and tiled floors throughout) could be cold sometimes, but the heating warmed the rooms up quickly (Ines will explain you how it works), I think it would stay lovely and cool on a hot summer day though. Altogether, a very pleasant and comfortable home away from home and we look forward to coming back some time hopefully...

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and very well kitted out. We particularly liked its central location and its 2 terraces. Thank you so much Ines.

A clean, comfortable and well equipped house in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to a good little supermarket and a great bakery. Lovely top terrace with a view of the mountain and lots of plants. A fairly well equipped kitchen. There is only air conditioning in the main bedroom which gives onto the top terrace, the other bedrooms are rather pokey, dark and stuffy. The beds could be improved, the one in the main bedroom is very light weight and moves, the other double is very low. Cotton bed linen would be beneficial as synthetic sheets in the heat are not pleasant. There are lots of stairs inside and outside so it would not be suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.

Wonderful place

Beautiful property, immaculately presented and wonderful terraces only seconds from the square. Only suguested perhaps hand rails on stairs and up to top terrace as feels a little unsafe and would be concerned if taking small children. Also info for emergencies ie doctor/ ambulance would be helful. Overall fantastic place lovely kind owner just hope we can stay again. Would recommend in a heartbeat wonderful personal touches x
