Stayed Sep 1, 2024This villa is a great place for a summer stay in Rogoznica. The equipment of the villa is great, there is everything you might need. Short walk to the beach. Pleasant swimming pool.The only disadvantage is that there is no privacy since the villa is surrounded by other buildings in every direction.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024Spend 9 days here and loved every minute. The eproperty is perfect for both adults and teens. Everything is within walking distance. House is wonderful. Rooms and bathrooms are absolutely huge. Living / dining / kitchen is perfect. Outdoor space, consisting of pool, patio, jacuzzi, sun terrace is wonderful. This is the best holiday we have had in a long time, and the property played a big part. One note, this house, like 95% of similar houses is on a big hill. My recommendation, if you are renting a car, is to rent an automatic ,:-)
