Villa Karbula is located in the immediate vicinity of the Zelena laguna resort and the Acquacolors water park. In the Zelena laguna there are numerous well-maintained beaches, restaurants, shops and sports and recreational facilities on land and water. Poreč is only 3 km away.

In the completely fenced property, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with salt water, sun loungers for sunbathing, a parasol, several parking spaces, a covered summer kitchen with seating, a barbecue and a table for table tennis.

Villa Karbula consists of a ground floor with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties.
