Stayed Mar 22, 2025We recently stayed at this vacation home and had a generally pleasant experience, but there were a few significant issues that impacted our stay. The house itself is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient and ideal for anyone planning to visit Legoland or explore the surrounding area.However, there were a couple of unexpected drawbacks. First, the listing did not mention that towels and bed sheets were not provided, which was a huge inconvenience for us. As international travelers with two small children, we arrived late on a Saturday night and had no way to obtain these essentials. We had to make do without them and postpone our activities the next day until we dealt with it, which was less than ideal after a long journey.Additionally, the shower had a design flaw. There was no way to prevent water from spilling into the bathroom, and we were expected to use a provided squeegee to push the water back into the drain after each shower. This was both inconvenient and dangerous, as it was impossible to completely dry the tile bathroom floor. It’s a shame that what would have been a 5 star stay was so diminished.
