You will live on 3 elegant residential levels connected by an elevator. On the lowest floor you will find a SZ, the indoor pool and the garden with a well-kept lawn. The large sliding doors of the pool can be opened. The indoor pool is heated to 28 degrees Celsius all year round and the cost is included. All 4 spacious bedrooms are en suite. Another practical bathroom with separate shower and toilet is located on the ground floor by the pool. Fireplace only decorative. Electricity included. This lovely valley in the mountains is located above Soller and overwhelms its visitors with its many orange plantations and lush green olive groves.
