Nice & Cozy!

Sherlita was an amazing host. She called us directly to confirm everything before arrival. The house was super clean and impeccably decorated. The beds were comfortable and we had all the extras needed for our stay. It was a safe quiet neighborhood .If I can provide any recommendations: 1. There were several personal items that were in the house by the owners, personal pictures on the walls, personal toiletries left in the bathroom like loofahs and tooth brushes that were somewhat strange. You don’t expect to see so many personal items in a rental. Personal clothing was also left on the drawers, bathroom , bedrooms and pantry.2. Also there was a hand held showerhead in the master bath that was difficult. It was not positioned like a normal shower and we had to adjust multiple times without success.3. There was no top sheet in the guest room for a comfortable rest. Only comforter and blanket. With a few adjustments, this properly would be a 5 star experience.

Great place to stay. Great location for what we needed. We spent the week wanting to travel into New Orleans, Gulfport., Northern edge of Lake Pontchartrain. Location was perfect. We booked the property for seven days. For a total price of 1181. One day after booking we got refunded 123 and was deleted our first day to occupy. I messaged the host and asked about this. They informed me that the guest that was in there the week before wanted to extend by one day. Also informed me that that was the rate for that Saturday. I was very disappointed that I did not get refunded any taxes or other fees for that day. The property was described to have two queen beds one in each bedroom. The master bed did have a queen bed. The second bedroom had a double bed. There was no way to pull a shade on the second bedroom window because of the sheers to cover the window. This is the reason we cannot give a five star rating. The host was very generous when the coffee pot quit working. It was replaced within an hour after I messaged it had stopped working. after checking out, our host messaged us and let us know. We left a pair of shoes and a clock. And offered to ship them to us. This was greatly appreciated. The house was in a new area and a pleasure to stay at.

Felt like home

We had a great stay! The home was beautiful and just as pictured. The neighborhood was also very nice. Lots of houses around, but is a newer neighborhood so everything looked great! We would stay again!
