Nice 3 bedroom's house owner occ and 2 bathroom with fast WI-Fi, Full Kitchen

The house is super cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. The bed in the master bedroom was ok but the other beds were very uncomfortable. They were thin mattresses with little support. The neighborhood is quaint, but the surrounding area is not safe to walk at night. It is not within walking distance of the Fremont Street experience so plan to drive or ride share if you plan to go anywhere. There was some difficulty communicating via VRBO since the reservation was made in Orbitz.

We stayed a week for work and the house worked out pretty good for what we needed. Could use a little more storage in the bathrooms for toiletries and upgraded linens.

This house is super clear, well stocked and super pet friendly. Everything was very comfortable. Lots of room if you have 2 couples or kids. The neighborhood looks a little scary, to be honest, but we felt safe with all of the security cameras and neighbors were nice. The location is easy to get to the strip and Ubers were quick to get to us. We would stay there again for sure! Thank you!!

The host was really nice, but the photos of the exterior are not current. Didn’t feel comfortable bringing my kids here, seemed like a very rough area. We didn’t receive the entry code until ten minutes prior to check in and there weren’t any instructions. The geographic location is not accurate and the exterior photographs need to be updated.

We had a great stay at Nadia’s place. The place was very clean and comfortable. She had everything we needed to make the stay just like home. Nadia was very easy to communicate with. When we go back, we will book with her again.

Location was sketchy and my socks were dirty 30 minutes after arrival from dirty floors

4 of is older ladies came to Vegas for a girl trip. We enjoyed our stay in this house. The back yard was very nice and the weather was accommodating. Naida was easy to get a hold of when needed. The only suggestions we had would be to have more and bigger ice cube trays. We were skeptical of the area. But it turned out the neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe with the security cameras around the property.

Your ad states there is a hot tub. There is o hot tub. The ow says she has asked you to remove the hot tub from the listing, but that has not happened.

Wonderful spacious property, great location right near the downtown strip, easy to find and easy to get in. Highly recommended!

Property was as described. Easy check in and good communication with owner. It was nice that the TVs all had Netflix, Hulu and other streaming choices available. Beds were comfortable. The house was also well-equipped.

House was clean and excellently furnished for almost any possible need (ie dishes, towels, pillows, etc,) Would definitely consider staying their again

Super clean, recently remodeled, new appliances, and minutes from Downtown. House was secure and very well laid out. Everything needed was there. Would stay there again. Security cameras on the exterior. No problems.

We had an incredibly comfortable stay in a spotless home. Everything was exceptionally clean, making it a perfect retreat. Highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a clean and cozy environment.

3 adults stayed at this home for 4 nights to attend a music festival in downtown Vegas. The home was very clean and well taken care of, and the neighborhood was quiet. Short Uber ride to get downtown or moderate length walk. Excellent, would highly recommend!

Such a great home and you can tell the family put a lot of love and care into it. Many amenities including a printer, backyard enjoyment area. High security with front yard cameras and lights. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay!
