Access through the back. Large back yard. Well insulated from noise. Excellent cooling.

Everything was GREAT. We were close to the venue for the event that we were attending.

This is one of the best places to be at they're very respectful, they check on you to make sure that if you need anything they can accommodate you. the place is very well clean it has accommodations that you probably wouldn't find at other places and they also have a very nice backyard where you can actually chill and relax. Rooms are very comfortable and overall it's one of the best places that I like to go to when I'm in Sacramento California

The house and location were perfect for our needs…really loved having the extra half bath, that was a huge plus. We really appreciated being able to park the cars behind the gate, felt very safe, we didn’t have any problems in the neighborhood anyway.And such a big backyard for the dogs, they actually had room to run! Eating dinner on the patio in the evening was also a highlight. The kitchen is very pretty and so are the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. Anything we needed or wanted was very close by…stores, restaurants, etc. And Vitaly bent over backwards to make our stay easy. Plan on staying again next year!

We were mainly here for sleeping would definitely stay again next time in the area we had a carshow at the expo center so at end of day it was nice and close

The place was very well kept up clean very neat cozy and like always a best place to stay when you're in Sacramento the place is very quiet don't have to worry about too much noise and it's in a good area especially for people who love to eat and go to the mall

My daughter and son-in-law stayed at this home for a week. Had a great time. No complaints at all said the accommodations were perfect, home very clean and nice. Had a great time.

Place was clean and had secure parking which I really liked. Check in and checkouut was really easy and it was easy to get a hold of the host.

Everything was great; but it did not have cable TV so only local channels work.

In town for a week on work. A little difficulty figuring out the access the first night of checkin. Otherwise, fantastic home with everything needed. Comfortable and secure. Lots of towels. Nice kitchen. The host communicates well and was able to extend our stay by one night when the job kept us longer. Definately recommend.

Property was what we needed it to be. Clean and comfortable for 4 adults.
