Enjoy your morning coffee, salty breezes, and an awesome sunrise as you start your day sitting on the top-level sun deck. You are just steps away from the community walkway to the beach where you can spend the day swimming, surfing, sunbathing, or just relaxing and listening to the waves. Everyone can gather in the great room for some time together preparing some favorite meals or watching sports or movies. End your day relaxing in the hot tub and stargazing. Pets are family too so bring them along to enjoy this fun vacation.

Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: Up to $15 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

    Overall, the location is fantastic and the stay was great, but logistically there were a few detractors, which is why I can only give 4 stars. You need to bring all your own paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels) and there are no hand towels in the kitchen. The kitchen is older too, and we had trouble with the oven not heating properly.

    Check in was super easy, most information was done via text. The location was great, a short walk with a pathway directly to the beach. Easy to get around with kids. Easy parking. A perfect trip for a family get away.

    The location in proximity to the beach is pretty much unbeatable. 60 second walk on the boardwalk max! The house worked perfectly for our needs with a family with young kids and grand parents. The hosts were quick to repair the outdoor shower when we found a split pipe. Communication was super easy. Our only suggestion or advice to the next renters, bring basic seasonings and condiments if you plan to do your own cooking in the house. While cooking essentials (pots, pans, silverware, plates) were provided, there are no other spices or non-perishable foods in the house. Plan accordingly and you’ll have a fantastic time!

    The home was nice. The proximity to the beach was great! Just a short walk down the 'boardwalk' (157 paces according to my 9 year old) The home was clean. It showed some signs of its age and surely wasn't newly built/renovated, but served us well for what we needed. And thankfully the pics online showed the house accurately. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

    Liked the house and it’s access to the beach. We have vacationed in the Outer Banks across many decades. It was a nice return to Nags Head.
