The properties in Touro are predominantly upscale and the area is recognized as one of the best places to stay in Louisiana. It offers an urban-suburban mix and a diverse population where you can enjoy access to a variety of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
Getting Around:
✓ The Famous Street Cars located only 1 block away, are not only a charming way to travel but also a historic symbol of the city. They run along several routes, connecting key areas and attractions.
✓ Buses are available for broader coverage.
✓ Rideshare (taxis, Uber & Lyft): Great for more direct travel and are readily accessible.
✓ Walking is a great way to explore, especially in scenic neighborhoods like the French Quarter, where the streets are lined with historic sights and sounds.

✓ This home is 2 independent units being rented as one. This is ideal for multi-families and groups who want some added privacy.

✓ We do not allow pets in the home.
✓ Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am. Please keep noise at a minimum in respect to the neighbors.
